If you feel that we were unable to produce what was outlined in the service agreement, you can exercise our short pay policy. Simply pay us the amount you feel is fair for the work performed. The only condition is that you notify us how we did not meet your expectations and give us the opportunity to make it right. We pride ourselves on repeat business and word of mouth advertising.
